Project Overview
Email was being sent but not systematized. There was no reusable foundation, no consistent visual identity, and no efficient way to go from "it's email week" to a sent campaign without starting from scratch every time.
I started by building a single clean-coded HTML email template — optimized for rendering across clients, on-brand, and trackable. From that foundation I designed 10 purpose-built templates covering product launches, seasonal pushes, best seller features, and promotional sends. Each one is ready to go — open it, drop in the featured products, and send.
I also took ownership of list growth over two years, building the subscriber base to 1,900+ contacts through organic channels while maintaining a strong delivery rate and low unsubscribe numbers.

Impact
What used to be a time-consuming production task became a repeatable, fast workflow. The team can now identify the next scheduled send, select featured products, and deploy a clean on-brand email in a fraction of the time. The system runs itself — I built it, trained on it, and successfully handed it off.
